How to set up custom sizes of paper using the Microsoft Print Drivers
There are many kinds of custom papers, which include different sizes, widths and types of paper stocks. When printing a document with custom paper, the printer’s software will automatically adjust the settings to provide you with the correct setup. To change the sizes of your document, first make sure that the document is printed in full color. Next, you need to open the properties panel of your printer and choose «Settings». On the General tab, you’ll find several different set options:
o General. Choose the «2 Click» method. Click «2 click» to alter the settings of your document using advanced options. Then, enter the new value in place of the current value. If your document was printed in white or black it would be «2 clicks black» in the Control Panel window.
o Use the new size option. Click «New» to change the settings of your document. Enter a new value in its place. If your document is printed in black and you want it to be printed in white, type «2 clicks black» in the Control Panel window’s second spot. To change the color of your text boxes, you could also use the «New” option.
o Choose driver. Select the appropriate driver from device manager to change the sizes of paper. To locate the right driver for your printer model, go to the website of the manufacturer. Once you have determined the correct driver, select the «Change» tab on the control panel for drivers and then click » Recalculate sizes of paper» to choose the new value.
Enter a name into the field. Click «enter» to alter the name of your document. After that, enter an alternative name in its place. When you save your document, the name field will be mandatory. If you have multiple versions of the same document then click «ok» to merge the changes, and then click «file.»
o Set the custom size of the paper. The first step is to open the ruler or measuring tape that came with your printer. The millimeter and inch values will be displayed on the rulers. To alter the size of the paper simply click «set». Usually you can view the newly created document in the view pane of your printer.
o Select the new size in the print dialog russian spell checker box. Click «print» in the print dialog box. A new page will open with your custom size as the size of the page. To modify the page size, click on «print» again.
Continue the process for additional custom sizes of registered custom papers. In general, the above procedures are applicable to the majority of printers that are commonly used. If your printer doesn’t support the latest size of pages, you must contact the manufacturer or the supplier of the software. They will usually assist you with the latest page setup.

This will give you more control over your documents and ensure they look great regardless of what you are using them for. Also, by making sure that your driver is updated frequently you will be able to get the most effective results in terms of customizing paper sizes.
